Returns & Refunds Policy

At Westwood Office Solutions, we want customers to have a clear understanding of our return and refund process before placing an order. This policy explains the conditions under which returns may be accepted and how refunds are handled.

  1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging where possible. Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing essential parts may not qualify for a refund.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Items returned after the return window has expired
Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper handling
Customized, personalized, or final-sale items where clearly stated
Items not in their original condition

  1. Return Request Process

Before sending any item back, customers must contact us to request return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or not processed correctly.

To request a return, please contact us with your name, order number, and reason for the return.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs or additional details to evaluate the issue.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution based on the circumstances.

  1. Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

  1. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified error on our part, such as a defective item or an incorrect shipment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law or unless the return results from our error.

  1. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and must instead follow the return procedure.

  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer experiences an issue with an order, we encourage them to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly before a payment dispute is initiated.
