At Westwood Office Solutions, we aim to process and ship orders in a clear and consistent manner. This Shipping Information page explains our order handling timelines, shipping availability, and delivery expectations.

Westwood Office Solutions is owned and operated by Trousdale Security, LLC.

  1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only.

  1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Orders are processed during business days only, excluding Sundays and major holidays.

  1. Shipping Time

After processing, standard delivery generally takes 7–9 business days.

  1. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is 10–12 business days, which includes both processing and shipping time.

  1. Order Cut-Off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be considered received on the next business day.

  1. Shipping Fee

We offer flat-rate shipping of $4.99 on all eligible orders shipped within the United States.

  1. Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has shipped.

  1. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided for general guidance only and may be affected by weather events, courier issues, high seasonal demand, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors once the shipment has been handed over for delivery.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer.
